AAIRG is expanding its talent pool to support current and future operations. It is actively seeking experienced professionals with 5 to 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
🔸 Open positions:
▪ Control room operators (CRO)
▪ Platform operators
▪ Mooring technicians
📌 Operations:
Block 0 | Block 14 | Malongo Terminal
🛠 What we are looking for:
Strong operational discipline and safety mindset (OE), proven experience in production, field operations, or mooring activities
Ability to work under pressure in complex operating environments
Commitment to teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement
Control Room Operators:
DCS/SCADA/HMI operations
Alarm management and emergency response
COBRA certification or equivalent
Platform Operators:
Field operations, surveillance, and sampling
CMS competency-based level (1–4)
Previous experience at CABGOC is an advantage
Mooring Technicians:
Mooring/unmooring of FPSOs and oil tankers
Hose handling, mooring and lifting operations
HES and forklift certification required
